A phobia is either an irrational fear of something, or when the level of fear is way out of proportion to the situation, yet even when we know this we seem unable to control our intense reaction. Phobias are incredibly common, they restrict our lives; we end up avoiding scenarios where the object or situation that triggers the fear is or even might be, not to mention the unnecessary stress and strain they put on our emotional and physical well-being due to the time we spend in a heightened state of alert trying to avoid the fear. however with a combination of highly effective modern techniques, it is now possible to be phobia free.

When we are born we only have one natural fear, heights. As we grow up we learn about safety and for most people this fear subsides. All other phobias, we have, albeit unwittingly, learned, either through personal experience or perhaps through living with someone else who is phobic, their irrational fear can rub off on us.

Fear, however, does not exist in the physical world, it only exists in our minds. It is created by the way we think. Our brains learn extremely quickly, we can develop a phobia from just one brief exposure to a frightening situation; therefore we can also undo this reaction just as quickly by reprogramming our mind using a combination of TFT, NLP and Hypnotherapy.

There are many different techniques available within TFT, NLP and Hypnotherapy to quickly and easily change your mind and get rid of phobias; none of them involve exposing you to the phobia. Gradual desensitisation is unnecessary, when we have a phobia we only have to think about it to feel afraid; we have no need to be in the frightening situation. Therefore we are able to eliminate phobias simply by using our imagination in combination with TFT, NLP and Hypnotherapy.
Just suppose you could be free from fear…how would that feel?
Please note that removing a phobic reaction in no way affects your natural survival instincts. You will still be able to react to situations appropriately to keep you safe. Also please note that we will work together to remove the phobic respnse to a situation – for example if you had a fear of dogs, and had spent years avoiding walking in the woods in case you came across a dog, our intention would be for you to be able to take a walk in the woods and enjoy it feeling calm, relaxed and safe. However, once you are no longer afraid, it doesn’t necessarily mean you are going to love dogs and want to fuss every one you meet, it simply means that you will have a normal, neutral response to situations that used to provoke a phobic reaction.
